All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock issues, with a full refund.

Most Kalayam pieces are handcrafted on demand, with a typical lead time of 3–7 working days before dispatch. Slight variations in grain, texture and finish are part of the handmade character.

We ship across India. Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000. Standard delivery takes 4–8 working days depending on location.

If a product arrives damaged, share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund. Custom-made or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
